Robin Head se va a casar con la bella Marian Gilewater, hija del barón de Arlongford. Pero la ceremonia es interrumpida por una banda de soldados del Príncipe Juan irrumpiendo en la capilla y declaran a Robin "un hombre fuera de la ley". Este consigue huir con sus fieles amigos y compañeros y se refugia en el bosque de Sherwood, convirtiéndose así en el príncipe de los ladrones, Robin Hood.
Robin Head is going to marry the beautiful Marian Gilewater, daughter of the Baron of Arlongford. But the ceremony is interrupted by a band of Prince John's soldiers breaking into the chapel and declaring Robin "a man beyond the law." He manages to flee with his faithful friends and companions and takes refuge in Sherwood Forest, becoming the prince of robbers, Robin Hood.
